The UMY Graduate Program successfully conducted its Capacity Building Program for Faculty and Staff on Wednesday, August 14th, at Tawangmangu. Approximately 90 faculty and staff members participated in this event. The primary objective of this program was to foster a harmonious environment among all members of the UMY Graduate Program family. It is believed that strong relationships contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere and enable everyone to work together towards achieving common goals.
