The UMY Master of Management program offers specializations in: Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Finance, and Operations.
Students select their specialization in the second semester through a voting process. Near the end of the first semester, students are given the opportunity to choose their preferred specialization. The specialization with the highest number of votes will be offered. If a specialization does not meet the minimum number of students and there are still interested individuals, the UMY MM program provides a flexible Independent Study option.
