On Friday, April 1st, the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (PPs UMY) conducted a field assessment by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for the proposed establishment of a Doctoral Program in Public Administration at the UMY Postgraduate Program. The field assessment was attended by approximately 34 parties involved in the process. The Rector of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. Ir. Gunawan Budiyanto, M.P., IPM, was also present to deliver a welcoming speech and support all parties involved in this activity. This activity was conducted virtually via Zoom Meeting and offline for the UMY Postgraduate Program.
For this activity, the UMY Postgraduate Program invited various institutions (Supporting Units) that could support the smooth running of the field assessment for the proposed establishment of a Doctoral Program in Public Administration. The evaluation team from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology included Prof. Dr. Yulianto, M.S (IAPA), Prof. Dr. Joni Emirzon, S.H., M. Hum (Association of Criminal Law Lecturers), and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akib, S.H., M.Hum (Association of Constitutional Law/Administrative State Law Lecturers).
