As reported on the official website of the Master of Public Administration program, the topic of the Omnibus Law and the impact of its ratification remains an interesting subject for discussion. On Thursday (17/12) at 09.00 WIB, the Master of Public Administration program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta held a public lecture entitled “Reduction of Regional Authority in the Omnibus Law.”
This public lecture is part of the Regional Governance course taught by Dr. Ane Permatasari, M.A.
The speaker presented was Iwan Satriawan, S.H., MCL. Ph.D., a member of the Law and Human Rights Council of the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership. Iwan is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, UMY.
