On Saturday, June 26, 2021, the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) held a “Science Camp: Road to Publish in International Reputable Journal” event online via Zoom and was live-streamed on the UMY Postgraduate Program’s YouTube channel.
The Science Camp was attended by students of the UMY Postgraduate Program, both Master’s and Doctoral programs. The event was opened by the MC with welcoming remarks from the Director of the UMY Postgraduate Program, Ir. Sri Atmaja P. Rosyidi, M.Sc.Eng., Ph.D., P.Eng.IPM, and the Deputy Director of the Postgraduate Program, Erna Rochmawati, Ph.D. After the opening remarks, the event was led directly by the moderator, Dr. Nuryakin.
The Science Camp was held in two sessions: the first session was a presentation on ‘Strategies to get published in reputable journals’ by Dr. Rully Charitas Indra Prahmana, and the second session was a coaching session facilitated by UMY Postgraduate Program homebase lecturers, namely Dr. Nuryakin, Winny Setyonugroho, Ph.D, Mohammad Syifa Amin Widigdo, Ph.D, Eko Priyo Purnomo, Ph.D, and Erna Rochmawati, Ph.D.
