The Graduate Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta conferred degrees upon 39 students in the fourth graduation period of the 2022/2023 academic year.

The Graduate Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) held its fourth graduation ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic year on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at the Amphitheater Building of the UMY Graduate Program.

This graduation ceremony, which also featured a guest lecture by Muhammad Sayuti, M.Pd., M.Ed., Ph.D., the Secretary of the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership for the 2022-2027 period, with the theme “Competitiveness of Human Resources (Alumni) in the Digital Era,” successfully graduated 39 postgraduate students, consisting of 37 master’s students and 2 doctoral students.

In his remarks, Dr. Zuly Qodir, M.Ag., the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, stated, “The academic circle of UMY alumni requires two things: maintaining one’s own good name and upholding the institution’s reputation.”

1. Master of Islamic Studies: Akbar Nur Aziz; GPA: 4.00
2. Master of Hospital Administration: Luqman Hakiem; GPA: 4.00
3. Master of Public Administration: Syifa Izdihar Firdausa Asfianur; GPA: 3.77
4. Master of Nursing: Ceril Pungus; GPA: 3.97
5. Master of Law: Agung Subayu Koni; GPA: 3.89
6. Doctor of Management: Erna Handayani; GPA: 4.00

• Graduate with the best dissertation achievement: Erna Handayani (Doctor of Management) with the dissertation title: “Antecedents of Financial Sustainability of Private Higher Education in Indonesia.”
