In order to prepare a new face for the digital era, the Postgraduate Program once again held a “Website Administrator Training” attended by all website administrators of the study programs at the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). The event, held in the Director’s Meeting Room on the 1st floor of the UMY Postgraduate Program, invited Dr. Fajar Junaedi, a lecturer in Communication Science at UMY, and Anhar Wahyu, SE, a staff member of the UMY Information Systems Bureau.
“The website is the face of the UMY Postgraduate Program itself. If the website is always updated, then this can also show that the UMY Postgraduate Program continues to innovate,” said Erna Rochmawati, S.Kp., MNSc., M.Med.Ed., Ph.D, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Postgraduate Program in her welcoming speech.
Fajar Junaedi explained that by preparing educators who are capable in the field of journalism, the Postgraduate Program automatically increases its superior capacity in the digital era. He also added that the Postgraduate Program will be more effective if it maximizes its potential by using podcast media.
UMY Postgraduate Program is known as a campus that cares about developing the capacity of its students. By prioritizing various scientific literature, the Postgraduate Program has 10 study programs, namely: Master of Management, Master of Nursing, Master of Hospital Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Islamic Studies, Master of Law, Master of International Relations, Doctor of Islamic Politics-Political Science, Doctor of Islamic Educational Psychology, and Doctor of Management.
