As stated on the official website of the Master of Nursing Program, recognizing the importance of information and communication systems in the learning process, the Master of Nursing Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY), held an E-Learning Workshop attended by lecturers from the Master’s Program, Nursing Science Program, and UMY Nursing Education Program (24/1). The event featured Wahyudi, S.T., M.T, Head of the Information Systems Bureau, as the speaker.
In this workshop, he explained how to operate e-learning applications more productively to support teaching and learning activities on campus. The workshop was considered important given that the learning system now has to involve information and communication technology to make the learning process more effective and efficient. In addition to discussing the optimization of e-learning, the speaker also provided direct training on creating leaflet and poster designs for all attending lecturers. All lecturers were finally able to practice directly under the supervision of the speaker in creating designs and leaflets as one of the program’s needs in terms of promotion and services.
